Seal of Approval
I have been feeling pretty discouraged lately. Like nothing I have to say really matters. Like everything I do is wrong or pointless. Sigh. Hopefully this feeling is coming up to be seen and cleared and will move along soon. I am doing my shadow work around this. I am checking in to see where in my body I am holding this feeling, asking it why it is there, what it wants me to know, to do. I am doing some energetic clearing. And I’m sure that’s all having a positive effect.
But the thing that is really making me feel a lot better is getting out my “Seal of Approval” and setting it out in my writing space so I can see it whenever I look up. My Seal of Approval is a little stone carving of a seal. I’m not sure what kind of stone it is—it’s kind of purple-ish with some white patches. But he looks at me with kind, approving eyes. I can almost imagine him clapping his flippers at me for whatever I’ve just done. And if I listen closely, I can hear him cheering me on. “Ahrk Ahrk! Nice work! You’re doing a great job. Your words matter.” “Ahrk Ahrk! You are right where you are supposed to be, doing just what is right for you in this moment.” “Ahrk Ahrk! You are so loved. You matter.” “Ahrk Ahrk! It’s okay if you take a rest. You are enough.”
Just thought I would share this in case you need a Seal of Approval in your life too. I’m pretty sure this message is for all of us. And I bet that if you listen closely to the seal, you might hear a message of your own too!
